A single cuve, a single grape variety, a single terroir: the assembly of this cuve constitutes a work of high precision. The Chardonnay grapes were only harvested from two renowned plots: Bouron Leroi and Bouron du midi, located in the heart of the Cote des Blancs on the Cramant terroir. The perfect exposure of the plots to the first rays of the morning sun favors the slow and regular maturation of the Chardonnay clusters each year.
