"Perdas Longas" of the Francesco Cadinu winery is a pure Cannonau with an excellent structure and softness that combines power and elegance in a single sip. After careful selection of the grapes, the wine is vinified using only indigenous yeasts and then aged in chestnut barrels for 14 months. The color is dark ruby red while the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red fruit and fine woods. The taste is complex, articulated, soft, enveloping and long.

- 'Perdas Longas' is configured as the red wine for introduction to the territory and style owned by the artisan producer Francesco Cadinu. We are in Mamoiada, in the province of Nuoro, in one of the most suitable wine
- growing contexts of Sardinia, where this productive reality nourishes the ancient tradition of the place. Officially founded in 2015, the winery can boast a much older history, witnessed by the presence of ultracentenary vines almost exclusively of Cannonau, the main grape variety of the area. In respect of the land, the agronomic management pursues sustainable agriculture, integrated with biodynamic principles. The name "Perdas Longas", which means "long stones", derives from the name of one of the old vineyards that supplies the grapes for the production of this bottle.
- Francesco Cadinu "Perdas Longas" is a expression of pure Cannonau from vines of about 70 years of age, trained as saplings. The vines are rooted in crumbling granite soils at 650 meters above sea level. During the manual harvest, a careful selection of the grapes is carried out, the which are subsequently mashed and left to ferment in wood thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts only, with malolactic fermentation taking place. The following aging takes place in chestnut barrels for a period of 14 months and continues further in the bottle.
