  • dosed sparkling wine, aged on the lees in bottle for at least 36 months with a fine and festive organoleptic profile, especially in the exclusive magnum format. • SPUMANTE METODO CLASSICO NATURE MAGNUM MONSUPELLO DESCRIPTION
  • The Brut Nature Magnum by Monsupello is a dry, elegant and intense sparkling wine, obtained from the sparkling process of Pinot Noir grapes and a small part of Chardonnay. A name, a certainty and a guarantee of excellence, Monsupello belongs to that circle of sparkling wine houses that have become a point of reference in the wine scene of Oltrep Pavese, by virtue of unique sparkling wines with great character. Certainly also thanks to the long tradition that ties the Boatti family to these wonderful lands; a story that began way back in 1893 and that continues today through the production of Metodo Classico of rare quality. Brut Nature is the most authentic symbol of this winery, a sparkling wine with international prestige that every year confirms itself as one of the most interesting expressions of the territory and in general of all of Italy.
  • The vines of just over 15 years of the Spumante Nature di Monsupello in Magnum format grow on the first hills of the villages of Torricella Verzate and Olivera Gessi and sink their roots into a territory rich in clay and limestone, which gives the final product a pleasant mineral

  • golden coat, furrowed by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is very complex and rich; fruity and floral nuances emerge at first, which then in a few seconds leave room for evolved tones of bread crust, toasted mondorla, suffused mineral notes and light essences of brioche bread. Thin, fine and with a graceful physiognomy, it envelops the palate with softness and refinement, allowing a gustatory tension to emerge, given by a vibrant freshness and encouraged by a persuasive and creamy bubble. The successful sparkling wine perfect for every aperitif or for moments of pure conviviality and joy. Impeccable!
