- The Refosco La Roncaia is an intense and complex wine, with earthy and wild hints that typically tell the story of the native Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and its peculiar aroma. A bottle that comes from a late harvest and a subsequent drying of the bunches, which are therefore full of sugars, aromas and organoleptic properties. A warm and velvety label, with a notable persistence of flavour, to be tasted in combination with grilled meats.

- is characterised by its Eocene origin and has a great richness of marl. The harvest is late, and the harvested bunches are then subjected to an 8
- week drying process. The must ferments in steel tanks, remaining in contact with the skins for 25
- 30 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place later, when the wine is already in barriques, where it then rests for a total of 18 months. Once bottling is complete, the wine remains in glass to mature for another 6 months before being released for sale.
- The Refosco from the La Roncaia winery lights up in the glass with a ruby color, crossed by some streaks that tend more towards garnet. The nose is layered, which is organized around hints of jammy fruit and a range of deep tertiary notes, in which leather and pepper play a predominant role. Without a doubt, the palate perceives a decisive structure, in which the sip, soft and round, flows with warmth, while at the same time also highlighting a fresh soul, in which the tannins are lively.
