This Riesling is light golden yellow with a nose of minerality from the slate and crisp, clear fruit aromas which are delicate, yet persistent, focused on green things-green apples, mint, and limes. The palate is a classic light Kabinett. It is a great wine to sip alone, or combine with wonderful savoury Asian dishes.
