The Janasse CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE BLANC is a very serious and super elegant wine. It is a complex fruit bomb with peach, citrus, pear and vanilla. This white Châteauneuf du Pape is a blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette and 25% Roussanne. The wine has a ripe texture with notes of lemon zest. In the aftertaste a little saltiness and a pleasant bitterness and what lingers is a delightful lasting feeling of freshness that remains.
