A fruity and robust harmonious blend
Terroir: slate schist, selected plots. Manual harvesting. Long traditional vinification and fermentation. Aged in temperature-controlled vats to preserve its fruitiness. The nose is spicy, in the mouth we find the richness of the grenache and the powerful tannins of the mourvdre.This Faugres is a blend of three black grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvdre. Grenache is a very productive Spanish grape variety that gives very sweet juices. In blends, it is often the source of very dark colours and it brings black fruit notes while controlling the acidity of the wine.
