A Corsican organic red wine with sweet notes of red and black fruits
Patrimonio Albore is an organic red wine of Corsica origin made from the blend of two grape varieties: niellucciu and sciaccarellu, from the plots of Carcu and E Piane. First vinified, it was then aged on lees for 6 months in a concrete cuve. It was bottled without fining or filtering.The organic red wine Patrimonio Albore will go perfectly with poultry or pork terrines, country p¢t, grilled meats and grilled vegetables (aubergines, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms...), or even Corsican sheep's cheese.
