This is a blend of 50 % Sauvignon 50% White Grenache. Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Once the fermentation is finished a long maceration begins with fine lees. No ageing. ABV 13%

Aromas of tropical fruit mango pineapple kiwi mix of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbal touches that give way to a certain mineral character.

In the Mouth

Fresh and powerful on the palate which enhances the citrus and mineral flavors. Pleasant acidity contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc in addition to the creaminess that yields the Garnacha Blanca.
