The Domaine du Prince is a fleshy harmonious and rustic wine of Cahors. With variants in the process of time it smells of blackcurrant truffle and undergrowth beyond natural qualities owing to soil climate and grape varieties.

Their Rossignol has a brilliant dark purple colour on the nose it's powerful with aromas of violet and then fennel. In the mouth it's oily with steady and powerful tannins red fruits and a long finish. It can be aged for up to 15 years and should be served with game or cheese courses after decanting.
