Made using the traditional Charmat method in tank, the fruit flavours of apple, peach and apricot are backed up by delicate floral notes of acacia and jasmine. Finishing juicy and off-dry, this is the perfect lunch-time aperitif, but equally great with sushi and seafood. Best served ice cold.
