A very limited release of aged wines that are unfined or unfiltered. A wonderful experience of the various ages of the Tio Pepe solera system. Una Palmas is a careful selection of the rarest of barrels retaining a flor (yeast) covering, despite being six years or older. Typically, the flor dies within 3 years. A wonderful combination of Fino and Amontillado flavours.
