A very rare style of sweet wine, it's a late harvest Pinot Noir from Wooing Tree's acclaimed Cromwell vineyards. Crafted by award-winning winemaker Pete Bartle to 10% alcohol and 120 grams residual sugar, it's kind of like an amazing homemade strawberry conserve in a bottle. Best not to put it on your toast though!
