The Susucaru Rosso is a frank and transparent portrait of Etna that reflects the refined and mineral profile of Nerello Mascalese . It comes to life on the lava terraces of the northern slope of the great volcano from sapling vines of 70-80 years. The sip is modulated by a great finesse and a fine mineral freshness, despite the good extraction and the alcoholic heat. The nose is accompanied by an elegant bouquet of small red fruits, liquorice roots and peppery and marine frames.
