The Dut'Un is a great white wine from Friuli, rich and famous expression of Chardonnay and Sauvignon dell'Isonzo, matured for 9 months in barrique and 19 in bottle. It is a riot of fruity and vegetal notes, of pineapple, apricot, lime, mint and sage, combined with complex and buttery nuances.
