Founded by Renzo Rosso and Adriano Goldschmied, in the Italian town of Molvena in 1978, Diesel was predominantly a youth clothing brand, specialising in jeans. The label's first flagship store opened on New York City, Lexington Avenue in 1996, and now retails in over 500 outlets right around the world. Today Diesel also produces a range of fragrances and toiletries, including shower gels, body lotions and limited editions for summer.
