- 60s from Maurizio Zanella's passion for Champagne and the desire to start producing Classic Method in Erbusco, right in the heart of Franciacorta. Today Ca' del Bosco is one of the most prestigious brands in the area, thanks to a continuous search for excellence. The winery manages a total of 150 hectares, made up of a mosaic of vineyards scattered across various areas. Each vineyard is vinified separately, so as to be able to count on a vast range of base wines when creating the cuvées. The reserve wines, the true heritage of the company, are then added to the vins clairs of the vintage. The wines are a faithful reflection of the rigorous and careful work in the countryside and of vinification and refinement carried out with the utmost respect for the raw material.
- The Ros Edizione 46 Brut "Cuve Prestige" by Ca' del Bosco is born from a careful assembly, which gives the emotion of a great Franciacorta. The Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed with brief contact with the skins and the must is then vinified in white. The Chardonnay is fermented separately. The base wines mature in steel for 7 months before being assembled to create the final cuve. The refermentation takes place in the bottle, with a minimum refinement on the lees of 30 months. In the glass it presents itself with a beautiful bright pink color. The perlage is very fine and persistent. The bouquet expresses floral scents, notes of pomegranate, aromas of citrus and small berries. The sip is creamy and broad, with good structure and richness, with a harmonious and balanced finish.
