- Through the Grappa Box '5 Barrel Experience' the renowned Venetian distillery Jacopo Poli offers a fine assortment of five barrique grappas, capable of retracing the important history of the Poli family in the world of grappa. The official birth of the distillery dates back to 1898, the year in which GioBatta Poli started the business in Schiavon, in the province of Vicenza, starting to distill using a mobile still with three boilers. The business was continued and expanded by GioBatta's descendants, in particular by Jacopo Poli, the fourth generation of master distillers in the family.
