- Perrier is made by the maison using pure Pinot Noir grapes, grown within the company vineyards scattered between the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Bouzy areas. The grapes, once harvested and taken to the premises used for winemaking, ferment in steel and then referment in the bottle, as per the rules for the production of the Champenoise Method. The wine then remains on the lees in the bottle for 48 months, after which the disgorging, dosing and bottling operations are carried out.
