- Franciacorta Brut is one of the most representative sparkling wines of the Freccianera range. A Classic Method made with a long aging on the lees for at least 50 months, which expresses an elegant and complex bouquet with fruity, citrus and bread crust aromas. The sip, long and persistent, retains a lively mineral freshness, a typical expression of the Franciacorta territory. A prestigious label, particularly suited to even important gastronomic pairings, with seafood menus or white meats.
- Brut Freccianera is produced with a blend of Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Bianco (30%), Pinot Nero (10%). The grapes come exclusively from the winery's own vineyards cultivated in the heart of the morainic hills of the Franciacorta area. The cool, breezy climate and draining soils, rich in pebbles, have proven to be perfect for growing vines intended for the production of the Classic Method. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified separately with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The vins clairs rest for a few months in steel before the creation of the cuvée of the second fermentation in the bottle, lasting at least 50 months before the dgorgement.
- The Freccianera Franciacorta Brut is an intense and complex Classic Method, which has the particularity of being produced with a high percentage of Pinot Bianco, generally little used in the Franciacorta blends, which instead tend to favor Chardonnay. A choice that helps to give structure and finesse to the bouquet of the wine. In the glass it has a straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. On the nose it expresses notes of white flowers, ripe fruit, brioche bread and toasted nuances. On the palate it expresses good structure, deep and nuanced aromas that extend towards a persistent and very fresh finish.
