- The Brut Saten by Freccianera is a Franciacorta with a fine and creamy sip, where flavor and freshness harmonize with an innate softness, which makes it particularly easy to drink. A bottle that comes from the use of pure Chardonnay, which finds in the winery's own plots the ideal terroir to best develop its organoleptic characteristics. - This Franciacorta Brut Saten by Freccianera originates from the pure use of a great international white grape variety, Chardonnay, cultivated by the winery team with great attention and dedication within the estate vineyards. The grapes, once harvested by hand during the harvest, ferment alcoholicly in steel containers at a controlled temperature, and then referment in the bottle, following the production principles of the Classic Method. The wine remains to mature on the lees for 42 months, after which the disgorging, dosing, bottling and marketing operations are carried out.
- The Freccianera Franciacorta Brut Saten, upon visual examination, announces itself with a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory spectrum tells of mainly fruity and floral notes, which are enriched with more spicy sensations and touches of pastry. On tasting it is of good body, broad and enveloping, with a sumptuous sip, characterized by a beautiful freshness and a savoury texture.
