- “Grinta” is an Amaro di Erbe made in a vintage style by Glep Beverages, a young Piedmontese company that has established itself on the market with products faithfully inspired by tradition. The preparation of the amaro begins with a careful selection of botanicals. The plants, roots, herbs and mountain flowers are expertly chosen to create the right balance between the various components. The preparation process involves the use of a single long infusion in alcohol of all the botanicals, to extract the maximum amount of perfumes and aromas. Among the main ingredients are: genepy, gentian, yarrow, peppermint, gentian, juniper berries, quassia, eucalyptus, thistle and other undeclared botanicals, which are part of the secret recipe of Glep Beverages.
