A perfect bottle to be savored in a classic way, but which can also give life to a long drink suggested by the distillery itself, the "Nonino Tonic", in which the aromas of the Grappa are enriched by tonic water, a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. A new way to enjoy a distillate of absolute quality.
- "41°" is the name of this Grappa that Nonino creates starting from very fresh pomace, selected from vines grown within the regional borders of Friuli, both white and red grapes. The distillation process operates according to the discontinuous method, using a copper still powered by steam. At the end of the process, the "heart" of the distillate is isolated, cutting off the heads and tails of the product obtained. The final refinement takes place in steel tanks and lasts for a variable period of between 6 and 12 months. At the end of this period, the Grappa is bottled, without any added colorants.
