- faire of Maison Peyrot, which has always specialized in the production of Cognac and other liqueurs that receive positive acclaim from international critics. This is also the case with this VSOP, a nectar with a fascinating olfactory range that conquers from the first sips.
- The Cognac Grande Fine Champagne VSOP created by Peyrot is born from that white wine whose grapes come from the Maison's vineyards spread between Grande and Petite Champagne. It is worth remembering how Peyrot, among the rows, applies the principles of integrated pest management, banning the use of chemical products and favoring the use of practices in balance with the surrounding environment, such as grassing. The distillation process takes place using copper stills, and, at the end, the Cognac is left to rest in large oak barrels for a period of at least 4 years. At the end of this maturation, the product is ready to be bottled and marketed.
