- The Mot & Chandon 'Imperial' Ros perfectly expresses the varietal tones of the three main grape varieties of the region: Pinot Noir, in greater percentage, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and refines on the yeasts for at least 36 months. The residual sugar is equal to 9 g/l, therefore a brut with a generous dosage that gives it subtle and delicate sweet nuances.
