Aromas: Warm stone fruit, roasted fennel, sea salt and oyster shell notes with a dash of baking spice and vanilla toasty oak.
Tastes: Abundant stone fruit, nectarine and nashi pear flavours are supported by a lovely mineral vein, salted black liquorice, oyster shells and a preserved lemon finish. Good persistence throughout with a creamy viscosity and a lingering, saline finish. Good balance and harmony of fruit and oak. A wonderful drinking Chardonnay now through 2027.
