years… six times the minimum Champagne Appellation law requirement of 18

years has created extra body and very fine bubbles that beautifully carry the deliciously dry Extra Brut 4
grams of residual sweetness. To bring some perspective, Brut Champagnes like Moet & Veuve are circa 9
10 grams residual. This is extraordinarily complex, captivating, dry Vintage Champagne with considerable finesse… yet so modestly priced. In a perfect drinking place now… no need to age for any length of time.
