Founded in 1975 and being one of the main ingredients of the 100 Pipers blend as well as many other Chivas blends, Allt A Bhainne is known for the intense barley, fruit and even tobacco character it gives to the whiskeys it produces. This spirit was matured in a single hogshead bourbon cask for 21 years before being bottled at 56.5% ABV. Notes of malt, fruit, spices, wood and honey dominate and it is certain that this almost unknown Speysider will excite you.
