Sansibar is an independent German bottler with many years of experience in selecting whiskey casks. They use only Scottish single malts, which they select locally, in the Highlands, Speyside or the islands, and bottle them at the ideal moment of maturation. Founded by whiskey connoisseur Jens Drewitz, who tastes and hand-selects almost every cask he buys, on site at the distilleries.
