In the second limited edition of the Harmony collection, The Macallan flirts with coffee. Inspired by the arabica variety, this Highland malt exudes rich aromas of roasted coffee, red fruit and chocolate notes as the spirit is matured in ex-sherry oak casks. Even the packaging is made from recycled cascara husk compost. On the nose intense coffee with sweet notes of condensed milk, raisins, praline and soft hints of sweet spices. In the mouth, the roasted character of coffee and cocoa persists, while tensions emerge through explosions of red berries accompanied by oak elements and protocalm skin. The aftertaste is long, chocolatey and delightful!
