Nose :Soft and round, the nose takes us into a fruity universe with notably apple, apricot and white flesh fruits. It will keep the omnipresent honey, as well as chocolate notes with aromas of orangettes.

Palate :Unctuous. The palate offers a very interesting duality. On the one hand, a pastry style marked by vanilla and kouglof and, on the other hand, the bitterness that can be detected with dark chocolate and citrus zests such as tangerine and orange.

Finish :The bitterness is counterbalanced by slightly toasted notes that reveal the remains of this coexistence between vanilla sweetness and fruity bitterness.
