Croser was established by Brian Croser with the belief that the right vineyard location could make top quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sparkling wines. With vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, Croser NV is made in the traditional method with some of the wine fermented in oak barrique to add richness and complexity.
