Marc de Bourgogne is produced from the distillation of grape marc, from wine-growing areas in Burgundy. It must be produced respecting certain requirements, particularly in terms of grape varieties (only Burgundy grape varieties are authorized) but also in terms of manufacturing processes: it must not contain more than 72 degrees. It can be aged up to more than 10 years in oak barrels, in order to benefit from the mention "Hors d'¢ge The marc de Bourgogne, thus matured, sees its floral, fruity, but also tertiary aromas preserved by long-term aging in old barrels.
