This wine has a beautiful golden yellow color. Its nose is fine and of good intensity. It reveals notes of honeysuckle, lily and spices (coriander, nutmeg and white pepper). Its mouth, after a frank attack, is full and rich. The finish is long on candied citrus fruits and caramel. This wine needs to be waited a few years to offer all its richness. It will gracefully accompany a fillet of red mullet with orange butter, a sea bream with candied lemons, a turbot with white butter, a tagine of monkfish with sweet spices or even cheeses such as Saint-Marcelin, chaource or rocamadour.
