Liquid sunshine in a bottle!
The vineyards of Saint Jean de Minervois lie at 250m above sea level, on stony ground. The grapes that grow here benefit from exceptional concentration of flavour, which is maximised by rigorous selection to ensure that only the best fruit are used to produce the wine. The result is a wine of impressive finesse and complex floral notes of rose, thyme, lime flower and may blossom.This Muscat makes an extremely elegant aperitif, and can also be served with cheeses or as a pudding wine.
