Subtlety and finesse are the words to describe this perfectly balanced champagne.After the harvest, the grapes are immediately pressed. Afterwards, two settlings are carried out: the first in a pressing center and the second in a cold vat room. Fermentation is then carried out at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Before the final blending, the different grape varieties are vinified separately. After bottling, the wines rest for a minimum of three months.
