Cultivated in sustainable agriculture and flourishing in the heart of the preserved ecosystem of the Les Vergnes estate, where some sixty species of animals live harmoniously together, the vines (20 years old on average, yields 35 hl/ha) produce fruit that is vinified by hand, with precision and respect, to enable them to express their full potential and the quintessence of the terroir.
