An evocative name for this cuve vinified by the young Plageoles generation, the two brothers Florent and Romain. They have chosen to take the opposite approach for this wine, which is vinified in carbonic maceration, i.e. in whole bunches.Made from a blend of Braucol, Duras and Syrah, this wine is supple and greedy and reveals beautiful notes of spices and black fruits. However, it retains a nice freshness and tension, without any acidity.
