This has pale lemon-pulp colour. The aromas bring to mind tangerines honeydew melon and gooseberries with a pleasant whiff of flowers and chalky minerals. The palate has great richness concentration balance and length with flavours of lime tangerine and green apple enhanced with a touch of dusty minerality and refreshing spice.
