A few years ago when Sara Paolo's wife decided to join this new adventure they acquired a new vineyard in the Negrar area where they have a little parcel of Rebo and Corvina Veronese. They decided to vinify this little parcel and this is how Desiderio di Sara (Dedicated to Sara) was born.

A Veronese IGT product following the traditional drying process method with a blend of Corvina (15%) and (85%) Rebo ( a viticultural experimentation of Rebo Rigotti a researcher. From the genetic cross between Merlot and Teroldego it has mineral aromas mixed with those of wild berries with a vivid red visual impact and an equally full soft taste.)

The result is a delicious well
- structured wine that has a deep red ruby color. Full of red fruit with sweet spices it's rich and satisfying. The good balance and the good structure plus the vibrant acidity can evolve positively for a decade.
