A whisky with a complex balance of both sweet and dry aromas presented in a magnificent openwork box.
- Quinta Ruban is the most amber and intense whisky in the Glenmorangie range.
-
Its structure is provided by 10 years of ageing in bourbon casks, followed by a further 2 years in ruby port casks.
- Its name naturally derives from this "finish" in port casks since the casks used come from the Portuguese "quintas", the port estates in the Douro Valley. Moreover, "ribbon" is the translation of "ruby" in Gaelic.
