Haha Brut Cuvee is a new discovery this year that impressed us with its freshness, clean fruit, racy acidity and subtle yeasty, nutty autolysis. A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the secondary fermentation happens in tank, rather than in bottle, allowing a more competitive price and a beautifully fresh, pure character. Many components were aged for up to 5 years on lees, imbuing the wine with classy Champagne-like characters at a fraction of the cost!
