The Black Domini is a Trento Sparkling vintage high-profile, made from Pinot Noir grapes and aged on the lees in the bottle for 45 months. It expresses the elegant hints of yellow fruit, yeast and bread crust. The drink was decided, soft, dynamic, vertical, enlivened by a fine and very pleasant.
