The Champagne Rose Grand Cru Pierre Moncuit comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir coming respectively from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Ambonnay. After a maturation of 36 months on the lees it is expressed in a fascinating bouquet of small red fruits and bread crust. The taste is clear, fresh and elegant.
