All Little Rascals are one-off limited editions and come with certificate of Authenticity, signed personal by Anke. Irish Bear Pebbles wears a teddy bear print scarf. Anke’s Little Rascals Collection includes beautiful, one off bears for collectors but they are also a unique, collectible gift for a babies first Christening or an 18th birthday.
