This didn't come quickly. In search of the perfect Summer Cup, Daniel Szor, founder of Cotswolds, created over a dozen recipes. After tinkering with the proportions of gin, sherry and bitters, he finally created this. We love it. It turns out that when you mix Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximénez sherries with award-winning gin, you get something truly remarkable. Mix 50ml with plenty of ice, 100ml lemonade or ginger ale and a fresh sprig of mint for pure summer refreshment. Daniel made only 8,500 bottles. Get yours before they're gone.
