INSTRUCTIONS
HOT
1. Pour 220ml milk into your Velvetiser.
2. Sprinkle in 5 heaped teaspoons (30g) drinking chocolate.
3. Press the button and let the Velvetiser work its magic.
Alternatively whisk 5 heaped teaspoons (30g) drinking chocolate into 220ml dairy or plant milk and heat gently. Do not boil.
ICED
1. Pour 100ml milk into a tall glass with 6
8 ice cubes to get it chilling.
2. Pour another 120ml milk into your Velvetiser.
3. Sprinkle in 5 heaped teaspoons (30g) drinking chocolate, press the button and let the Velvetiser go to work.
4. When ready, pour the warm chocolate into the glass with your chilled milk and watch it mingle. Give it a good stir and enjoy ice
cold refreshment.
