A delicious trio of our most popular biscuit flavours. Our Demerara Shortbread Rounds are made to a family recipe of lashings of butter with a perfectly baked, crumbly texture and a dusting of Demerara sugar. The Chocolate chip biscuits are based on a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe, taken to whole on level. The chocolate chips become chocolate chunks and the double becomes a triple; white chocolate, milk chocolate and plain chocolate. Finally it seemed to us that that wonderful ingredient, salted caramel, was crying out to be used in a biscuit. And not just any old biscuit but one baked to buttery, crumbly perfection.
