Tierra del Rey or ‘King of Chile’ wines are produced in the central valley, situated between the mighty Pacific Ocean and the majestic Andes mountains. The mountains protect the vines by creating dry, hot climate conditions, while the cold ocean breezes keep the vines cool. This combination produces full flavoured wines whilst maintaining that all important acidity essential to make perfectly balanced wines.

The white wine we’ve gone for is the zingy Sauvignon. Aromas of fresh grapefruit and lime, followed by gooseberries and melon on the palate. Herbaceous flavours marry exquisitely with fresh tingling acidity, creating a crisp, lively finish.
