The nose immediately bursts with cereal notes, allspice, honeycomb and brown sugar. The thick, creamy palate is barley-rich with vanilla custard and maple syrup developing to a late nutty style with more spices. The finish lingers on and on with Highland honey to the fore plus a sweet, toasted oak style.
